She not only did a lot of the legwork for us (since we were out of state for most of the time), but she also answered the multitude of questions that we had. provided us with information related to North Carolina requirements, and gave us suggestions on how to handle certain situations. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. She will do whatever is necessary to meet the needs of her clients. She even took the buyers through final walk through which was not her job, as the other agent was off shopping! This was not an easy sale as the buyers were from across the country and quite honestly were not very timely or responsible. The process took almost 5 months. She gave me advice along the way and allowed me to make my own decisions without pressure. At the end, the buyers were very rude to her and she remained professional. She protected me, as she kept the keys until the deed was recorded and money was transferred, even though their movers had arrived.
